METRO POTENTIALS is a two-year international management trainee development programme.
The full programme comprises five assignments, each lasting between three and six months. These assignments will be fulfilled either in your home country or abroad. Each stage of the programme focuses on a different area of individual capabilities development. These development steps will be completed either on-the-job or off-the-job. Specific training programmes are provided during each assignment, apart from the on-the-job development of the candidate. These off-the-job training events are one week long and will be conducted at our international training facilities.
Between the individual assignment phases, there are formal feedback rounds between the participants and their line manager in order to assess the progress and further development possibilities of the management trainee. A final feedback round and an assessment follow before the successful candidate progresses to one of our management positions in our countries.
- Did you graduate no more than three years ago from a top university with a master degree (or equivalent) in the field of Business, Trade or Hoteling Business School with very good results?
- Do you have an excellent command of the English language and preferably a second foreign language?
- Do you have a track record of extracurricular activities and have gained international experience?
- Are you a strong communicator and an independent, self-driven, proactive and ambitious person?
